Had a fun day without working hard for it, because I decided to tow to 2000msl and jump into the good soaring conditions west of the Banyules.
Cancelled the declared task, because it would have led into weaker soaring areas.
Nice convergence line to Warwick. Flew back the same way as cirrus moved in from the SW.
Then heading WSW towards Moonie where Ci and increased wind stopped CU's.
From Kingaroy extending the triangle towards NNE and then working weak thermals to close the flight at the release point.
Conclusions: Towing money well spent for a beautiful flight and sparing lots of sweat on the ground waiting.
